At CI Hub, we offer different shipping tiers depending on whether your item is sourced locally from our shop or shipped from our international fulfillment centers.

2. Free Delivery (Nairobi CBD)

We are pleased to offer complimentary free delivery for all orders where the delivery destination is within the Nairobi Central Business District (CBD). This applies only to items currently in stock at our local shop.

3. Local Purchases (1 - 5 Days)

Items purchased directly from our local shop inventory are processed within 24 hours. Delivery typically takes between 1 to 5 business days depending on your exact location in Kenya (Upcountry vs. Nairobi Environs).

4. International Shipping (30 - 60 Days)

For specialized items or products shipped from our overseas warehouses:

Delivery timeframes are estimated between 30 to 60 days.
This period includes international transit, customs clearance, and local processing.
Customers will be provided with tracking information once the item reaches Kenya.
